Terms of use

Use Pinbench as a record—not a recommendation.

These terms set the practical boundaries for using the app.

Effective date: September 9, 2026

Acceptance

By downloading or using Pinbench, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Purpose and professional responsibility

Pinbench records operator-entered measurements, settings, notes, revisions, balls, and job stages. It does not recommend drilling, supply manufacturer or association specifications, diagnose fit, guarantee performance, or replace professional judgment. You are responsible for confirming every measurement and drill setting before physical work and for using appropriate equipment and safety practices.

Your records and backups

You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and backup of data you enter. Keep only information you are authorized to maintain. The app is local-first; loss, reset, damage, or replacement of a device can destroy records that have not been backed up.

Subscriptions

The free tier supports up to five bowler profiles. Premium is offered monthly or annually through Google Play and adds the features described at purchase. Prices shown by Google Play are controlling and may reflect local currency and tax. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play before renewal. There is no free trial. Restoring a valid purchase does not create an app account or cloud backup.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, infringe others’ rights, or use it for unlawful activity. Pinbench is not a point-of-sale, customer-messaging, scoring, medical, or emergency system.

Availability and warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or that operator-entered records are accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pinbench’s provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for physical work performed from unconfirmed records. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Pinbench in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes and termination

Features and these terms may change. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date. You may stop using Pinbench at any time and manage subscriptions through Google Play.
